NOTIFICATION
The tentative seniority list of Mazdoors, who were appointed subsequent to the issue of final seniority list of the Mazdoor vide Memorandum No. 9677/Ag./Estt./A6/2014, dated 23-06-2014 of the Directorate of Agriculture, Puducherry was circulated to all concerned inviting objections, if any, vide Memorandum No.14-1/Dte. of Agri./ Estt./A6/2018/2418, dated 17-11-2018. The representations/objections against the tentative seniority list, so received from the officials concerned were examined carefully in the light of the rules in vogue and objections with regard to fixation of seniority which are not maintainable are rejected.
2. Accordingly, the final seniority list of Mazdoor shall be as indicated in the Annexure.

The sealed tenders should be addressed to the "The Additional Director, Office of the Additional Director of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Karaikal" duly superscribing on the envelope as "Tender for disposal of obsolete/unserviceable items in Annexure-I, II, IV, V & VI" and send to the undersigned to reach "on or before 21-01-2019 at 12.00 noon." The tenders will be opened on the same day at 4.00 p.m. (in the presence of the tenderers if available) in the premises of the Additional Director, Office of the Additional Director of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Thalatheru, Karaikal, the tender receiving date will be declared or as public holiday for any reason, the tenders will be received and opened by the same time on the next working day.
3. The intending tenderers may inspect the items at the Office of the Additional Director of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Thalatheru, Karaikal for Annexure-I, & II and in Government Farm, Madur for IV, V & VI in all working days from 14-01-2019 to 21-01-2019 during office hours before 11.00 a.m. on 21-01-2019.

4. The tenders received after the due date and time will summarily be rejected. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of ` 1,500 (Rupees one thousand and five hundred only) in the form of cash on submission of tender.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE Sealed tenders offering the "Total rate" for each Annexure are invited for disposal of obsolete/ unserviceable items in the Soil Testing Laboratory and G o v e r n m e n t F a r m , M a d u r, a s d e t a i l e d i n t h e Annexure-I, II, IV, V & VI belonging to the Office of the Additional Director of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Karaikal.
5. If, the highest tender amount offered by the tenderer is found to be not acceptable to the undersigned, the auction will be conducted on the spot keeping the highest tender amount as minimum bid.
6. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will refunded immediately after the tender/ auction sale is over.
7. The successful tenderer should pay the cost of the articles including the applicable GST.
