NOTIFICATION
The Lieutenant-Governor, Government of Puducherry, is hereby pleased to approve "allotment of 4 (Four) acres of land situated at Thengaithittu Revenue Village at Ward - P, Block - 2 and T.S. No. 2/15 (part) in New Port area owned by the Port Department to the Indian Coast Guard (ICG), Puducherry, to enable them set up their Operation Centre subject to the condition that the licence period for the four acres of land in the New Port area shall be for nine years. For initial years the monthly rent shall fixed at ` 48,625 (Rupees forty-eight thousand six hundred and twenty-five only) per month after which, there may be 10% increment/annually".
