CORRIGENDUM
In the notification of Government of Puducherry, Commercial Taxes Secretariat issued vide G.O. Ms. No. l5, dated the 31st January, 2019, published in the Gazette of Puducherry, Extraordinary Part I, No. 15, dated the 31st January, 2019,-
(i) at page 96, in line 20, for "in instruction 12, for the words "business verticals" at both the places where they occur, the words "places of business"", read "in instruction 12, for the words "business verticals" at both the places where they occur, the words "places of business" and for the word "vertical", the words "place of business"".
(ii) at page 96, in line 27, for "Note: - Your registration stands suspended with effect from -------- (date).", read "Note: - Suspension of registration stands revoked with effect from ........ (date)." .
(iii) at page 100, in para 28, in line 8, for "pre-deposit of 20% of the disputed admitted tax", read "pre-deposit of 20% of the disputed tax".
