NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under Item No. 27 (Service in the Airports Authority of India) of the First Schedule of the section 2(n) (vi) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to declare the "Service in the Airports Authority of India", Puducherry as a "Public Utility Service" for a period of six months from 21-03-2019 to 20-09-2019 in the exigencies of public interest.
