NOTIFICATION
In pursuance o f the letter No. 154/2019-P. Admn, dated 8-3-2019 from Shri Standhope Yuhiung, Principal Secretary, Election Commission of India, New Delhi, the Lieutenant Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to divest Dr. V. Candavelou, I.A.S., (AGMU:1997), Chief Electoral Officer, Puducherry of all additional charges being held by him with immediate effect.

8. The successful tenderer should pay the full amount of bid immediately and usufructs will be maintained at his own risk and expenses.
9. Sales tax at the rate applicable will be collected extra.
10. The usufructs trees can be inspected during office hours on any working day of this office.
11. No claim about the quantity/quality of the items will be entertained after opening the tenders.
12. In case of any dispute, the decision of the undersigned will be the final.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE Sealed tenders are invited by the Medical Superintendent, E.S.I. Hospital, Gorimedu, Puducherry, for the lease of usufructs at E.S.I. Hospital Campus, Gorimedu, Puducherry. The details of usufructs and the duration of lease period of the lease of usufructs are given in the Annexure.
1. The rate for above usufructs should be quoted for all trees in a lot.
2. The tenders in sealed covers superscribing as "Tender for lease of usufructs" should be addressed to the Medical Superintendent, E.S.I. Hospital, Gorimedu, Puducherry and sent to this office on or before 28-03-2019 (Thursday) at 10.45 a.m. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 11.00 a.m in the presence of the tenderers present at that time. If, the day for opening of the tenders happens to be a public holiday for any reason, the tenders will be received and opened by the same time on the next working day.
3. Based on the highest quoting on the sealed tender, open auction will be conducted at 11.15 a.m. on 28-03-2019 of Thursday.
