NOTIFICATION
In pursuance of the provisions contained in section 28-A of the Representation of People Act, 1951 and as per the Standing Order No. 434/l/ ESO26/94/MCS, dated 24th October, 1994 of Election Commission of India, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to designate the Police Officers specified in the Table below for the purpose of General Elections to Lok Sabha and Bye Election in the Puducherry Legislative Assembly for 09-Thattanchavady Assembly Constituency, 2019 and shall be deemed to be on deputation to the Election Commission of India with immediate effect until the election process is over:– LA GAZETTE DE L'ETAT [ PART-I 1342 1342 TABLE
