2. The Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India has requested the State Governments to constitute the State Level Sanctioning Committee(SLSC) to sanction projects or activities under the flexi-fund component of the POSHAN Abhiyaan Scheme in the Union territory of Puducherry.
3. Therefore, the Lieutenant-Governor is pleased to constitute State Level Sanctioning Committee (SLSC) to sanction projects or activities under the flexi-fund component.

NOTIFICATION
Whereas, the Government is of the opinion that an i n d u s t r i a l d i s p ut e ha s a r i s e n b e t we e n t h e management o f M/s . Puducherry Tourism Development Corporation Limited, Puducherry and the Union workmen represented by Puducherry Suttrula Valarchi Kazhaga Thinacooli Oozhiyargal Nala Sangam, Kirumampakkam, Puducherry, over non-employment of 54 daily rated employees as listed in Annexure-I in respect of the matter mentioned in the Annexure to this order;
And whereas, in the opinion of the Government, it is necessary to refer the said dispute for adjudication;
Now, therefore, by virtue of the authority delegated vide G.O. Ms. No. 20/91/Lab./L, dated 23-5-1991 of the Labour Department, Puducherry, to exercise the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947), it is hereby directed by the Secretary to Government (Labour) that the said dispute be referred to the Labour Court, Puducherry, for adjudication. The Labour Court, Puducherry, shall submit the Award within 3 months from the date of issue of reference as stipulated under sub-section (2-A) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and in accordance with r u le 1 0 - B o f t he I nd u s tr i a l D i sp u t es ( Ce n t r a l ) Rules, 1957. The party raising the dispute shall file a statement of claim complete with relevant documents, list of reliance and witnesses to the Labour Court, Puducherry, within 15 days of the receipt of the order of reference and also forward a copy of such statement to each one of the opposite parties involved in the dispute.

The Memorandum sent by Registered Post with acknowledgment due at her address, available with the Directorate was however, returned as 'Unclaimed'.
