Adding of the caste name and the father's name is the usual practice in Mumbai. However, my daughter 's Aadhaar Card bearing No. 5033 3112 5471, bearing her name as 'Asali' in English and '' in Tamil.
I declare that all the names of my daughter viz., 'Vanniar Asali Nagadevan', 'Asali', '' and '' are refer to one and the same person i.e., my daughter only.
