In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (4) of section 9 of the Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994 (42 of 1994), read with rule 13 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to constitute State Level Authorization Committee to carry out the functions as per the Act, consisting of :
