NOTIFICATION

On attaining the age of superannuation, the following Superintendents shall retire from service with effect from the afternoon of 30-04-2019.

Sealed tenders offering the rate per kilogram (exclusive of GST) for each item of newspapers are invited by the undersigned for the purchase of following old newspapers (Malayalam and English) of the Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Mahe, and Sub-Divisions (Assistant Engineer (Buildings) and Assistant Engineer (R&W) as detailed below:

Rate per kilogram (1) Old Malayalam newspapers . . ` (2) Old English newspapers . . ` 2. Tenders superscribed as "Tender for the purchase of old Newspapers" should be addressed to the Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Mahe, in a sealed cover so as to reach this office on or before 24-5-2019 at 3.00 p.m.. The received tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of those tenderers or their representatives who are present.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) in cash as earnest money deposit along with the tender. The earnest
