Further, I state and declare that in fact, I had also been called by 'Senthilvelan (➢)' and the same is also entered into my Family Ration Card, dated 27-11-2009 bearing No. 170580.

In fact, the said names are referring one and the same person i.e., myself of 'Senthivel @ Senthilvel @ Senthilvelan'.
