Terms and conditions

1. Te n d e r s superscribing the envelope as "Tender for the purchase of old newspapers and magazines" should reach the Principal, Avvaiyar Government College for Women, Karaikal, on or before 14-6-2019 at 3.30 p.m. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.45 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers, if any.

2. The intending tenderers should deposit an earnest money deposit of ` 200 (Rupees two hundred only) while submitting tender.

3. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded after finalizing tenders.

4. The tenders received after the stipulated date and time will not be accepted.

5. The successful tenderer should pay the amount in full immediately and remove the articles at his/her own cost.

6. The Principal, Avvaiyar Government College for Women, Karaikal, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.

7. Sales tax at the admissible rate will be collected extra on the sale proceeds.

8. The intending tenderers can inspect the old items during working hours with the permisson of the Principal.

9. No claim about quality, quantity of articles will be entertained once the tender sale is finalised.

10. In case of dispute, if any, the decision of the Principal will be the final and binding on all concerned.

The Director of Stationery and Printing, Puducherry, for and on behalf of the President of India invites e-tenders for Annual Contract towards Sale/Disposal of waste paper/board cuttings, lying in the premises of Government Central Press, Puducherry and Government Branch Press, Mettupalayam, Puducherry, as per the details mentioned below:—

2. Tender documents can be downloaded from the website http://pudutenders.gov.in and is also available for reference purpose on the websites http://www.py.gov.in and http://styandptg.puducherry.gov.in. 3. The interested firms may submit the tenders online http://pudutenders.gov.in in two bid system in the prescribed pro forma. All the documents in support of eligibility criteria should be scanned and uploaded through online. Tenders sent by any other mode will not be accepted. The interested firms can inspect the waste paper/ board cuttings at Government Central Press, Puducherry and Government Branch Press, Mettupalayam, Puducherry on any working days from 03-06-2019 to 17-06-2019 at 10.30 a.m. to 04.00 p.m. except Saturday and Sunday.

4. The online technical tender and other documents will be evaluated only on receipt of earnest money deposit in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Junior Accounts Officer, Directorate of Stationery and Printing, Puducherry in sealed cover superscribed as "Earnest Money Deposit for e-tender for Annual Contract for sale/disposal of waste paper/board cuttings" which will be received up to 19-06-2019 at 05.00 p.m. in the Directorate of Stationery and Printing, Puducherry.
