NOTIFICATION

In continuation of the G.O. Ms. No. 19/Fy. dated 30-10-2015 of the Chief Secretariat (Fisheries), Puducherry, the tentative seniority list of Deputy Directors of Fisheries for Seniority Nos. 24 to 28 was circulated to all concerned vide this Secretariat's Memorandum No. 78420/US(FY.)/2005, dated 06-05-2019 of the Chief Secretariat (Fisheries), Puducherry, calling for objections, if any and informing them that if no objections were received, their Seniority would be fixed as indicated in the Memorandum. Whereas, no objections to the ranking of the seniority have been received from the concerned officials.

2. It has therefore, been decided that the final seniority list of Deputy Directors of Fisheries (Group 'B'- Gazetted) will be as indicated below:

I state that my name has been mentioned as '➢↔' in my Family Ration Card vide No. 106255 issued by the Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Government of Puducherry.

I state that my name has been mentioned as 'V. Jegadeesan' in my Aadhaar Card vide No. 3585 0978 4859 issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India.

D. ARUMUGAM, Commissioner. I state that my name has been mentioned as 'Jagadheesan' in my Elector's Photo Identity Card No. SCO0091231 issued by the Election Commission of India.

I state that my name has been mentioned as 'Jagadeesan' in my Appointment Order No. Estt.2-4/85, dated 25-01-1986 issued by JIPMER Hospital, Pud ucherry and in my Inco me Certificate under No. 5410/TOP/C/06 issued by the Taluk Office, Government of Puducherry.

I declare that the abovesaid my names viz., 'Djegadissane', '➢↔', 'V. Jegadeesan', 'Jagadheesan' and 'Jagadeesan' are refer to one and the same person i.e., myself only.

I state that I always use to write and sign my name as 'Jagadeesan' on all records, papers and all affairs of my life and I shall follow the same in future.
