Considering the fact that the petitioner has established his case, it is to be held that the industrial dispute raised by the petitioner against the respondent Jayaprakash Narayanan Spinning Mill, Karaikal, over his reinstatement with wages from 30-08-2014 and the claim to be continuing service in the respondent Spinning Mill is justified and the petitioner is entitled for the claim as prayed by him and as such the petition is deserves to be allowed.

13. In the result, the petition is allowed and the industrial dispute raised by the petitioner against the respondent, over his reinstatement with back wages and to be continuity service is justified and an Award is passed by directing the respondent to reinstatement of the petitioner with back wages as per rules with all allowances. There is no order as to cost.

Ms. No. 65, Puducherry, dated 08th August 2019) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (Central Act 66 of 1984), read with the Notification No. S.O. 52 (E), dated 4th February, 1987 of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Go ver nment of Ind ia, New Delhi, the Ho n'b le Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, after consultation with Her Lordship the Chief Justice of the High Court of Judicature at Madras, is pleased to enhance the sitting fees of the Counsellors in the Family Court, Puducherry and for the said purpose hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Family Courts (Puducherry) Rules, 1987 issued in G.O. Ms No. 6/90-LLD, dated 29th January, 1990 of the Law and Labour Department, Puducherry, and published in Part-II of the Extraordinary Gazette No. 4, dated 5th February, 1990, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (i) These rules may b e called the Family Co urts ( Pud ucherr y) (Amendment) Rules, 2019.

(ii) They shall come into force on and from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Amendment of rule 5.— In the Family Courts (Puducherry) Rules, 1990, in rule 5, for the existing sub-r ule (5 ), the fo llo wing shall b e substituted, namely:-

3. And Whereas, Tmt. S. Sumithra, w/o. Selvakumar residing at No. 50, Main Road, Thennagudy, Sellur (Post), Karaikal, appeared before this Court and deposed an oath that she and her daughters Miss. Punitha, Miss. Kirubanidhi (minor), Miss. Usha Nandhini (minor) and her Father in Law Thiru A. Kandhasami (F/o. Selvakumar) are the only dependents at the time of the death of the employee Thiru Selvakumar.

4. Now, therefore, it is notified for the information to the public that it is proposed to disburse the said compensation amount to the aforesaid dependents. As such, whoever claims to be the dependents of the deceased employee Thiru. Selvakumar at the time of his death, may claim by an application before this Court within a period of one month from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette with all relevant documents, claim received after the due date will not be considered.

GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY Committee was constituted vide G.O. Ms. No. l6/2008-Hg., dated 26-11-2008 of the Chief Secretariat (Housing), Puducherry, to aid and advise the Government/ Concerned Authorities in the matters such as protections and conservations of buildings with heritage nature. The said Committee has been reconstituted vide G.O. Ms. No. 14/2014-Hg., dated 12-09-2014 of the Chief Secretariat (Housing), Puducherry. Subsequently, an addendum to the G.O. Ms. No. 14/2014-Hg., dated 12-09-2014 of the Chief Secretariat (Housing), Puducherry, has been issued vide G.O. Ms. No. 10/2016-Hg., dated 04-08-2016 of the Chief Secretariat (Housing), Puducherry, for inclusion of a Member Ar. Raphael Gastebois, French Architect-cum-Urban Planner in order to tender advice to the Government/Concerned Authorities in matters relating to the Heritage Buildings in the Union territory of Puducherry.

Ms. No. 41, dated 05-08-2003 of Home Department has instituted a trophy namely, the "Chief Secretary's Police Trophy" for Best Police Station to be awarded every year and to be presented by the Hon'ble Chief Minister during the Independence Day celebration.

02. And whereas, the Committee headed by the Deputy Inspector-General of Police has proposed the T.R. Pattinam Police Station, Karaikal for the award of the "Chief Secretary's Police Trophy" for Best Police Station for the year 2018.

03. Now, accordingly the T.R. Pattinam Police Station, Karaikal, is awarded the Chief Secretary's Police Trophy for Best Police Station for the year 2018, which will be presented by the Chief Minister on the occasion of the Independence Day, 2019.

GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY And whereas, based on the recommendations of the State Level Heritage Conservation and Advisory Committee (SLHCAC), the Government of Puducherry vide G.O. Ms. No. 13/2015-Hg., dated 17-06-2015 of the Chief Secretariat (Housing), Puducherry, has notified 21 Government owned buildings as "Heritage Buildings" in order to protect/conserve these buildings considering its heritage value. The line Departments are taking action to conserve/protect/reconstruct the notified Government owned heritage buildings in a phased manner for which, the advice/views/suggestions of the State Level Heritage Conservation and Advisory Committee (SLHCAC) is necessary on matters related to heritage and other related matters.

Whereas, necessity has arisen to protect and conserve such heritage buildings and for this purpose, a State Level Heritage Conservation and Advisory And whereas, the Government of Puducherry recently notified the regulation for "Conservation of heritage sites including Heritage Buildings, Heritage Precincts and Natural Feature Areas" by amending the existing Puducherry, Building Bye-Laws and Zoning Regulations, 2012 vide G.O. Ms. No. 7/2018-Hg., dated 07-09-2018 of the Chief Secretariat (Housing), Puducherry in order to regulate the conservations/ protection of Heritage Buildings in the Union territory of Puducherry. The tenure of the Chairman and Members of other than Government Department/Local Bodies of the Committee got expired during September 2017, it is necessary to constitute the Committee based on the composition suggested in the regulations notified.

Now, therefore, the Government of Puducherry is pleased to reconstitute the State Level Heritage Conservation and Advisory Committee (SLHCAC)676 LA GAZETTE DE L'ETAT [27 August 2019 for whole of the Union territory of Puducherry with the following Members:
