In conformity with rule 11 of the Puducherry Commune Panchayats (Grant of Licences and Permissions) Rules, 1976, promulgated in this Union Territory by the Puducherry Village and Commune Panchayats Act, 1973, objections, if any, to the setting up of the above industry, are invited to reach the Commissioner, Thirumalairayanpattinam Commune Panchayat within fifteen days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.

The objections so received within the specified period will be considered by this Commune Panchayat.

That my name is registered as 'Cadiravane' in my Birth Certificate under Registration No. K/1975/ 00282 issued by the Kottucherry Commune Panchayat.

That my name is mentioned as 'Cadiravane. C' in my Transfer Certificate under Serial No. 148/94-95 issued by the Principal, Government Higher Secondary School, Kovilpathu, Karaikal.

That my name is entered as 'Kathiravan Govindarasu' in my Aadhaar Card under No. 4846 3651 5598 issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India.

That my name is mentioned as 'Kadiravan' in my Electoral Identity Card under No. PY/01/022/ 0 24 5 72 issued by the Electio n Co mmissio n of India.

T hat my name is enter ed as 'Kathir avan' in my PAN Card under No. AZQPK8601A issued by the Income-tax Department, Government of India.

That all the above-mentioned names 'Cadiravane', 'Cadiravane. C', 'Kathiravan Govindarasu', 'Kadiravan' and '' are referring myself only.

In my Elector's Photo Identity Card under No. IPD0009126, my name has been mentioned as 'Joseph' and my deceased father's name has been mentioned as 'Magimaidass ('.

In my Aadhaar Card under No. 5840 4580 9980, my name has been mentioned as 'Joseph' and my deceased father 's name has been mentioned as 'Makimaidass'.

In my father's Birth Certificate under Registration No. 266/1922, his name has been mentioned as 'Maguimedassou Aroulappah' and my grandfather's name has been mentioned as 'Tambidassou Aroulappah' and my great grandfather's name has b e e n me n t i o n e d a s ' Ar p o u d a me Ar o u l a p p a h ' , my great grandmother's name has been mentioned as 'Sandanamarie Aroulappah'.

I n m y g r a n d f a t h e r 's M a r r i a g e C e r t i f i c a t e , my grandfather 's name has been mentioned as 'Tambidassu Arokiasamy' and my great grandfather's n a me h a s b e e n m e n t i o n e d a s ' Ar p u d a m' a n d my great grandmother's name has been mentioned as 'Sandanam'.

Therefore, I do hereby declare that the said names 'Maguimedasse', 'Magimaidass (', 'Makimaidass', 'Maguimedassou' and 'Aroulappah' are refer, identify and relate to one and the same person that is my deceased father only.
