COMMERCIAL TAXES SECRETARIAT

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 6 of 2017), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby appoints the 24th day of September, 2019, as the date from which the provisions of rules 10,11,12 and 26 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax (Fourth) Amendment Rules, 2019 [Notification isssued vide G.O. Ms. No. 39, dated the 5th day of August, 2019, published in the Gazette of Puducherry, Extraordinary Part-I, No. 129, dated the 5th August, 2019], shall come into force.

2. This notification shall be deemed to have been issued on the 24th day of September, 2019.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under the provisio to the sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 6 of 2017), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Puducherry, Commercial Taxes Secretariat issued vide G.O. Ms. No. 26, dated the 13th March, 2019, published in the Gazette of Puducherry, Extraordinary Part-I, No. 51, dated the 13th March, 2019, namely:–

In the said notification, in the Table, after serial No. 2 and the entries thereto, the following serial No. and entries shall be inserted, namely:–

"2A. 2202 10 10 Aerated Water'';

2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of October, 2019.
