THIRUNALLAR COMMUNE PANCHAYAT, KARAIKAL

F. NO. 80/TNR.CP/REV./2019.

Thirunallar, dated the 14th September 2019.

NOTIFICATION

The ponds, which have been described in the Annexure to this Notification are owned and controlled by the Thirunallar Commune Panchayat and exclusive right of leasing is rested with the Thirunallar Commune Panchayat. Other tank/pond, if any, left out in the list and stand registered in the name of temple/individuals are deemed to be owned by the Commune Panchayat. Any desilting/removal of silt work in the ponds owned by the Local Body Institutions to be undertaken only after getting due approval from the Sub/Deputy Collector (Revenue), Karaikal, on remitting prescribed Royalty Fee and with the consent of the Commune Panchayat. The work will be supervised by the Commissioner concerned or his representative. The silt shall be removed by the applicant at his own cost and no damage shall be caused to the pond or to the capacity of the water body during the silt removal and that the applicant shall compensate for the damages, if, it so happens.

NOTIFICATION

The ponds, which have been described in the Annexure to this Notification are owned and controlled by the Kottucherry Commune Panchayat and exclusive right of leasing is rested with the Kottucherry Commune Panchayat. Other tank/pond, if any, left out in the list and stand registered in the name of temple/individuals are deemed to be owned by this Commune Panchayat. Any desilting/removal of silt work in the ponds owned by the Local Body Institutions to be undertaken only after getting due approval from the Sub/Deputy Collector (Revenue), Karaikal, on remitting prescribed Royalty Fee and with the consent of the Commune Panchayat. The work will be supervised by the Commissioner concerned or his representative. The silt shall be removed by the applicant at his own cost and no damage shall be caused to the pond or the capacity of the water body during the silt removal and that the applicant shall compensate for the damages, if, it so happens.
