NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of section 3 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 ( No. 30 of 2013), read with clause (e) of sub-rule (1) of rule 2 of the Puducherry Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2016 and in supersession of the G.O. Ms. No. 8, Puducherry, dated 13th April, 2017 of the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Government of Puducherry, save as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Government of Puducherry LA GAZETTE DE L'ETAT [ PART-I 2256 2256 hereby designates the following Officers as mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as the Land Acquisition Officer to perform the functions of the Collector under the said Act and the rules in the Union territory of Puducherry in respect of all the land acquisition proposals for the areas mentioned in column (3) of the said Table, namely:–
