NOTIFICATION
In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (6) of section 3 of the Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994, the Lieutenant-Governor is hereby pleased to notify the following Specialist as a Board of Medical Experts for certification of Brain Stem Death at Indira Gandhi Government General Hospital and Postgraduate Institute and Rajiv Gandhi Government Women and Children Hospital, Puducherry for Union territory of Puducherry as approved by the Director-General of Health Services (MG-Section), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
