ORDER
As per the Order of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras i n W. P. N o . 2 5 3 5 0 / 2 0 1 8 , d a t e d 2 3 - 0 1 - 2 0 1 9 a n d i n c o n t i n u a t i o n t o t h e G.O. Ms. No. 03/2019-Hg., dated 18-02-2019 of the Chief Secretariat (Housing), the Government is pleased to accord approval for continuance of the Secretary to Government (Housing) as the Interim Real Estate Regulatory Authority for the Union territory of Puducherry, for a period of three months, as per the provisions under section 20(1) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
