Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (No. 30 of 2013), the approval of the Government of Union territory of Puducherry is hereby accorded to levy the administrative costs at a uniform rate of 2.5% in this Union territory of Puducherry, for the purpose of building, maintenance, management and operation of the National Highways under the National Highways Act, 1956.
