Read : Proceedings No. 5/11/1/15/RCS/Planning/ A/2012/110, dated 19-3-2020 of the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Puducherry, issued under section 126 of the Puducherry Co-operative Societies, Act, 1972.
ORDER
5. Thiru P. Savarirajalu, Senior Inspector/ Administrator of the Society is directed to handover the charges of the Society to the said Liquidator, Charges of the Society handed over and taken over shall be informed to this office.
6. On taking over of charges of the Society, the Liquidator shall arrange to discharge the liabilities of the Society subject to availability of funds from the realizable assets of the Society. On completion of the liquidation process the Liquidator shall submit a report to the undersigned to make an order for the cancellation of registration of the Society under section 129 of the said Act.

GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY CHIEF SECRETARIAT HIGHER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION Whereas, an order was made, vide reference cited, Directing the winding up of the affairs of the HENKAL SPIC Employees' Co-operative Thrift and Credit Society Limited No. P. 586 (for brevity "the Society");
(G.O. Ms. No. 09, Puducherry, dated 19th March 2020)
2. And whereas, consequent to the winding up of the Society, a Liquidator is to be appointed under sub -section (1 ) of sectio n 12 7 o f the P ud ucherr y Co-operative Societies Act, 1972 (for brevity "the Act"), in consultation with the financing Bank, to carry out the liquidation processes for cancelling the registration of the Society;
3. And whereas, the Society is not indebted to the financing Bank viz., Pondicherry State Co-operative Bank Limited and hence, it was decided not to consult the financing Bank before appointing a Liquidator to the Society;
