Subject : Hindustan Lever Employees' Co-operative Credit Society Limited, No. P. 600- Appointment of Liquidator under section 127 of the Puducherry Co-operative Societies Act, 1972 - Order - Issued.

Read : Proceedings No. 5/4/1/61/RCS//H1/97/ Vol. II/220, dated 22-06-2020 of the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Puducherry.

ORDER

Whereas, an order was made, vide reference cited, directing the winding up of the affairs of the Hindustan Lever Employees' Co-operative Credit Society Limited, No. P. 600 (for brevity "the society");

(2) And whereas, consequent to the winding up of the Society, a Liquidator is to be appointed under sub-section (1) of section 127 of the Puducherry Co-operative Societies Act, 1972, in consultation with the financing Bank, viz., Pondicherry State Co-operative Bank Ltd., to carryout the liquidation processes for cancelling the registration of the Society. The financing Bank consented for the appointment of a Liquidator to the Society;

(3) Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under sub-section (1) of section 127 of the Puducherry Co-operative Societies Act, 1972, read with clause (a) of rule 66 of the Puducherry Co-operative Societies Rules, 1973, I hereby appoint Thiru K. Dhanabalan, Co-operative Officer as the Liquidator of the Hindustan Lever Employees' Co-operative Credit Society Ltd., No. P. 600.

(4) The said Liquidator shall immediately realize the assets of the Society and to discharge the liabilities of the Society, if any, at the earliest. On completion of the liquidation process, the Liquidator shall submit a report I, Kaliaperoumal Radja, son of Kaliaperumal, aged 44 years and residing at the house bearing Door No. 5, Jothi Ramalingam Street, Sakthi Nagar, Saram, Puducherry-605 013, do hereby solemnly and sincerely affirm to whomsoever it may concern as follows:

I am the deponent herein. I state that in my Service De L'enseignement Certificate under No. (Exam) 40 Edu/DD/FE/EE, my name has been mentioned as 'M. Kaliaperumal Radja'.

In my Transfer Certificate under Admission No. 0409 and in my Master of Arts Degree Certificate, dated 21-1-2006, my name has been mentioned as 'Kaliaperoumal Radja'.

In my Elector's Photo Identity Card No. CMS0287706 and in my Aadhaar Card bearing No. 9968 0479 6563, my name has been mentioned as 'Radja (´V¤V)'. In my PAN Card under No. CVRPR6041Q and in my Savings Account Passbook of Axis Bank Limited, my name has been mentioned as 'Radja'.

In my Driving Licence under DL No. 20014429, my name has been mentioned as 'Raja'.

In the Family Ration Card under No. 016257, my name has been mentioned as '´V¤V'.

Therefore, I do hereby declare that all the above-mentioned names are referred, identified and relate to one and the same person that is me, the deponent herein. In the Birth Record of my son by name Velan under Registration No. M/2004/2101, my name has been mentioned as 'Ganagadharan'.

In the Aadhaar Card of my wife by name G. Mary under No. 4596 0741 3210, my name has been mentioned as 'Gengadurai (ÿÔ∫ÔVmÁ´)'.

11. In the Joint Account Passbook of UCO Bank, my name is mentioned as 'Olimathy D' and my husband's name is mentioned as 'K. Arumugam'.
