GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY CHIEF SECRETARIAT (WORKS) (G.O. Ms. No. 32, Puducherry, dated 23rd June 2020) Approval of the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is hereby accorded to amend the Scheme towards the Grant of Chief Minister's Awards for Excellence in Public Administration notified vide G.O. Ms. No. 3/2010/A2/ ARW, dated 25th July 2010 of the Administrative Reforms Wing, Chief Secretariat, Government of Puducherry and published in the Official Gazette of Puducherry No. 34, dated 24th August, 2010, namely:—
AMENDMENT
In the Annexure to the said Government Order;
namely,
(i) In paras 1 and 2, the words "civil servants" shall be substituted by the words and symbol "institution/organization".
(ii) In para 3, the words "either individually or" shall be deleted.
NOTIFICATION
On attaining the age o f super annuatio n, Thiru S. Kuppan, Assistant Engineer, National Highways Division, Public Works Department, Puducherry, is admitted into retirement on the afternoon of 30-06-2020.

NOTIFICATION
In pursuance to the D.O. Letter No. 6/36/2018-EP (Agri. IV), dated 17-12-2018 of Joint Secretary, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce,7 July 2020] LA GAZETTE DE L'ETAT 427 Government of India, New Delhi, the Government of Puducherry has decided to implement the "Agriculture Export Policy (AEP)" in Puducherry Union Territory.
The Agriculture Export Policy notified by the Government of India aims at enhancing agricultural exports in line with the vision for doubling of farmers income. The Agriculture Export Policy aims at greater value addition, establishment of a strong quality regime to tackle sanitary and phyto-sanitary bottlenecks and greater involvement of the State Government in facilitating agricultural exports.
2. Accordingly, the Lieutenant-Governor of Puducherry is pleased to accord approval to notify M/s. Puducherry Industrial Promotion Development and Investment Corporation Limited (PIPDIC) as Nodal Agency and its Managing Director as the Nodal Officer for implementation of Agriculture Export Policy (AEP) in Puducherry (Union Territory). Also, the Lieutenant-Governor is pleased to accord approval to constitute a State Level Monitoring Committee (SLMC) under the Chairmanship of the Chief Secretary to Government with the following Members to oversee the agriculture exports from the Union Territory.
