3. Accordingly, approval of the Lieutenant-Governor o f P u d u c h e r r y i s h e r e b y a c c o r d e d t o c o n s t i t u t e the District Level Grievance Redressal Committee (DLGRC) for Puducherry and Karaikal Districts as given below.

Puducherry Region

The Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Puducherry is implementing Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) Scheme since Rabi 2016-17, as per the Guidelines of Government of India. As per the revised Guidelines of PMFBY Scheme, a District Level Joint Committee (DLJC) for Puducherry and Karaikal has to be constituted for survey of assessment more than 75% affected sown area in the notified insurance unit.

2. The SLCCCI in its XXXVI meeting held on 17-07-2019 has resolved to formulate the Committee as per the Guidelines and notify it as District Level Grievance Redressal Committee (DLGRC) Puducherry and Karaikal Districts vide Resolution No. 9.

4. The terms of reference of the District Level Grievance Redressal Committee (DLGRC) of Puducherry and Karaikal Districts would be as given below.

A. Keeping watch over the breaching of set triggers of proxy indicators.

(i) Severe drought condition, as defined in the Drought Manual 2016.

(ii) Dry spells and drought declared by State/ Union Territory.

(iii) Abnormally low temperature recorded at nearest Government Automatic Weather Station (AWS)/Observatory in comparison to Long Period Average (LPA) for Rabi season.

(iv) Widespread Flood Supported by satellite imageries, soil moisture, hydrological parameters, sowing information, Government crop condition reports, Media reports.

B. Survey of assessment for more than 75 % affected sown area in the notified insurance unit area within one month of sowing based on occurrence of any one of the proxy indicators and submission of report to SLCCCI within 7 days of meeting of DLGRC.

NOTIFICATION

MEMORANDUM

The final seniority list of Master Mechanic up to seniority No. 5 was issued vide this Directorate's Memorandum No. 11440/Ag./Estt./2002, dated 23-09-2002 and the subsequent final seniority list of Master Mechanic up to seniority No.9 was issued vide this Directorate's Memorandum No. 11440/Ag./Estt./2002, dated 30-08-2012. However, on a later date, it was found that two Master Mechanic namely, Thiru K. Subramanian and P. Jayaraman were omitted in the seniority list since, they were retired from service at the time of issue of tentative seniority list on 05-08-2002. Hence, a revised consolidated tentative seniority list of Master Mechanic was prepared and circulated vide this Directorate's Memorandum No. 11440/Ag./Estt./A1/2013, dated 14-03-2013. However, the final seniority list of Master Mechanic has not been issued based on the tentative seniority list circulated on 14-03-2013 due to administrative reasons.

2. In view of the above, the revised consolidated tentative seniority list of Master Mechanic appointed up to the year 2016 is again circulated vide this Directorate's Memorandum of even number, dated 22-05-2020 calling for objections, if any. As no objection has been received except correction in the date of birth and date of appointment in the present post, the final seniority of Master Mechanic is fixed as indicated below:-
