NOTIFICATION
Whereas, due to the abnormal unprecedented and exigent situation prevailing in the Union territory of Puducherry due to the spread of the pandemic COVID-19 disease which has also been declared as a National Disaster, the Social Impact Assessment study could not be completed in time.
Therefore, in partial modification of the notification No. 9555/Rev./B1/2018-19, dated 21-01-2020, the time period for completion of Social Impact Assessment study in respect of acquisition of lands at Odiampet and Thirukanji Revenue Villages for the purpose of "Construction of approach road for the newly constructed bridge across River Sankaraparani connecting Odiampet and Thirukanji Villages in Puducherry" is hereby extended up to 21-08-2020.
