NOTIFICATION
Whereas, the Government of Puducherry vide G.O. Ms. No. 41, dated 05-08-2003 of Home Department has instituted a Trophy namely, the Chief Secretary's Police Trophy for Best Police Station to be awarded every year and to be presented by the Hon'ble Chief Minister during the Independence Day celebration;
2. And whereas, the Selection Committee headed by the Inspector-General of Police, Puducherry, has proposed the Mangalam Police Station, Puducherry, for the Award of the Chief Secretary's Police Trophy for Best Police Station for the year 2019;
3. Now, accordingly, the Mangalam Police Station, Puducherry, is Awarded the Chief Secretary's Police Trophy for Best Police Station for the year 2019, which will be presented by the Hon'ble Chief Minister on the occasion of the Independence Day, 2020.
