The objections, so received within the specified period, will be considered by this Commune Panchayat.

I do affirm and state that I was born to my parents namely, Danigassalam Belmont and Athilakshmi on 14-07-1983 at Ranganathar Clinic, Thenkottai Street, Vriddhachalam, Tamil Nadu and my birth was duly registered before Vriddhachalam Municipality, Government of Tamil Nadu, on 16-07-1983 under Registration No. 582/1983/01, my name is entered as '➢'.
