CORRIGENDUM
Approval of the Lieutenant-Governor is hereby conveyed for the modification of the conditions appearing in clause (N) (iii) in the modified guidelines issued vide G.O. Ms. No. 22/Ag., dated 04-11-2019 of the Chief Secretariat (Agriculture), Puducherry, as follows:

Release of fund to the manufacturer/dealer.— (iii) Before sending work order to the MI suppliers, the MI Suppliers have to submit 5% Bank Guarantee of the value of the work to the O/o. the ADA (Horti.) as a guarantee for their after indicative service for a period up to 31-03-2020. | N.
