CORRIGENDUM
The Para No. 4 of this Department's G.O. Ms. No. 12/2017, dated 04-09-2017, shall be corrected to and read as below:

| The Puducherry Disaster Response Fund (PDRF) shall be used only for meeting the expenditure for providing immediate relief to the victims of cyclone, drought, earthquake, fire, flood, tsunami, hailstorm, landslide, avalanche, cloud burst and pest attack and cold wave/frost. The provision for disaster preparedness, restoration, reconstruction and mitigation measures in respect of important damaged infrastructure shall not be a part of Union Territory Disaster Response Fund. Such expenditure is needed to be borne from and out of regular plan fund by the Union Territory of Puducherry. | The Puducherry Disaster Response Fund (PDRF) shall be used as per the SDRF/NDRF Norms and Items of expenditure notified by Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi and also as per Guidelines on Constitution and Administration of the SDRF/NDRF by the said Ministry both as amended from time to time. |
Except the above, all other contents in the G.O. Ms. No. 12/2017, dated 04-09-2017, read remains unaltered.
2. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide their I.D. Note No. 269/FC/F4/A3/2020-21, dated 02-07-2020.
