GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE Sealed tenders are invited offering the highest rate per lot for the sale of following unserviceable/beyond repair and technically obsolete items in the Department of Electronics Communication Engineering (Copy enclosed as Annexure) in as-is-where-is condition on lot basis.

2. The intending tenderers may inspect the items at the office of the undersigned between 10.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. during the working days (from 10-09-2020 to 21-09-2020) with the permission of the officer concerned.

The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to order the following transfer/posting/additional charge arrangement among I.F.S., Officers of this Union Territory Administration.

(i) Shri G. Sathiyamoorthy, I.F.S., (AGMU:2010) Deputy Conservator of Forests, Puducherry, shall hold charge of the post of Managing Director (PIPDIC), Puducherry, with additional charge of the post Conservator of Forests, Puducherry. His pay and allowances shall be claimed against the post of Managing Director, PIPDIC.

(ii) Smt. Vanjulavalli Sridhar, I.F.S., (AGMU:2014) Deputy Conservator of Forests, Karaikal, is transferred and posted as Deputy Conservator of Forests, Puducherry. She shall also hold additional charge of the post of Deputy Conservator of Forests, Karaikal.

4. The sealed tenders should reach this office on or before 28-09-2020 at 12.45 p.m. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of tenderers who are present at the time of opening of tenders. If, the last day happens to be a Public holiday, the same will be received and finalized on the next working day. Tenders received after the due date and time will summarily be rejected.

5. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of ` l,000 ( Rupees one thousand only) in the form of Demand Draft in the name of The Principal, Women's Polytechnic College, Puducherry, as earnest money deposit before submitting the tenders. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately after the tender/auction sale is over/finalized.
