NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under Item No. 27 (Service in the Airports Authority of India) of the First Schedule of the section 2(n) [vi] of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to declare the "Service in the Airports Authority of India", Puducherry as a "Public Utility Service" for a period of six months from 21-09-2020 to 20-03-2021 in the exigencies of public interest.
