TENDER NOTICE

In pursuance of the sanction accorded by the Director of Higher Education vide No. 3187/DHTE/SV/ 2020-21 for the disposal of condemned library books, a sealed tender offering rate per kilogram are invited.

5. The successful tenderer should pay the amount in full immediately and remove the articles at his/her own cost.

6. GST will be collected extra on the sale of unserviceable library books as per the rate prevailing at the time of disposal/sales.

Terms and Conditions

1. Te n d e r superscribing on the envelope as "Tender for the purchase of unserviceable library books" should reach the Principal, Avvaiyar Government College for Women, Karaikal, on or before 16-10-2020 at 3.30 p.m. The tender will be opened on the same day at 3.45 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers, if any.

2. The intending tenderers should deposit an earnest money deposit of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) while submitting their tender.

3. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded after finalizing the tenders.

7. The Principal, Avvaiyar Government College for Women, Karaikal, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.

8. The intending tenderers can inspect the items during working hours with the permission of the Principal.

9. No claim about the quality, quantity of articles will be entertained once the tender is finalised.

10. In case of dispute, if any, the decision of the Principal will be the final and binding on all concerned.
