NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13 o f t h e P u d u c h e r r y M o t o r Ve h i c l e s Ta x a t i o n A c t , 1 9 6 7 ( A c t 5 o f 1 9 6 7 ) , the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to extend the time-limit for the payment of Motor Vehicles Tax in respect of Transport Vehicles used or kept for use in the Union territory of Puducherry for which:
(i) the quarterly tax is to be paid for the 1st and 2nd quarters of the financial year 2020-2021 i.e., from 01-04-2020 to 30-06-2020 and 01-07-2020 to 30-09-2020 is extended up to 31-10-2020; and
(ii) the quarterly tax is to be paid for the 3rd quarter of the financial year 2020-2021 i.e., from 01-10-2020 to 31-12-2020 is extended up to 31-12-2020.
