NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 70-A of the Puducherry Excise Act, 1970 (Act No. 12 of 1970), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby extends the validity period of the Notification No. 2462-B/DCE/S1/2020-21, dated 23rd August, 2020 published in Extraordinary Part-I Gazette of Puducherry, No. 120, dated 23rd August, 2020 issued in respect of levy of Special Excise Duty on the liquor sold in the Union territory of Puducherry, till 31st January, 2021.
