NOTIFICATION

It is hereby notified for the information of the public under section 5(a) of the Indian Treasure Trove Act, 1878 (Act No. 6 of 1878), that the metal idols as described in the following Schedule were found while digging pond for Integrated Agriculture Farm Pond under MKSP Scheme through Block Development Office, Karaikal at the land belonging to Sri Prathambasimeswarar Sri Lakshmi Narayana Perumal, Hindu Religious Institution Temple in Thiruvasal Nagar, Sethur, Thirunallar Taluk on 23-09-2020.

All persons who claim the finding or any part thereof are hereby required to appear before the Deputy Collector (Revenue), Karaikal, performing the functions of the Collector under the Indian Treasure Trove Act, 1878 at his chamber on any working day not being earlier than four months or later than six months after the date of first publication of this notification in the Puducherry Official Gazette and prefer their claims.

The matter will be taken up for consideration and disposed of in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Treasure Trove Act, 1878.

The following Official Memorandum of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature of Madra s, in respect of the vacation for the Civil Courts and holidays for all the Courts for the year-2021 in the Union territory of Puducherry is hereby notified.

1. The Subordinate Civil Courts in the Union territory of Puducherry are required to observe the following periods of adjournments in respect of the vacation and holidays for the year 2021.

VACATION AND HOLIDAYS

Summer vacation Dussera holidays Christmas holidays Saturday, the 1st day of May, Saturday, the 9th day of October, Saturday, the 25th day of December, 2021 to Monday, the 31st day of 2021 to Monday, the 18th day of 2 0 21 to Frid ay, th e 3 1 s t d ay o f May, 2021. October, 2021. December, 2021.

2. The holidays for all the Subordinate Courts in the Union territory of Puducherry for the year 2021 are as follows :—

(A) Holidays for Puducherry and Karaikal regions

(a) All Sundays are holidays for all the Subordinate Courts including Family Courts functioning in Puducherry and Karaikal regions.

(b) The following Eight Saturdays are working days for all the Subordinate Courts including Family Courts functioning in Puducherry and Karaikal regions :-

23-01-2021, 06-03-2021, 17-04-2021, 05-06-2021, 03-07-2021, 07-08-2021, 04-09-2021 and 20-11-2021.

(c) Except the above Saturdays, all other Saturdays are holidays for all the Subordinate Courts functioning in Puducherry and Karaikal regions except Family Courts functioning in Puducherry and Karaikal regions.

(d) The Family Courts functioning in Puducherry and Karaikal shall work on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every months except those Saturdays which are declared as Public Holidays. All other Saturdays are declared as holidays, except 23-01-2021 which is declared as working day.

GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY 3. The tenderers may offer their bidding rate both in figures and words for purchase of obsolete/unserviceable e-waste items on lot basis in plain paper/letter head in a sealed cover and addressed to the Accounts Officer, Directorate of Health and Family Welfare Services, Puducherry, duly superscribing on the envelope as "Tender for the purchase of unserviceable e-waste articles".

4. The sealed tender should reach this office on or before 06-01-2021 at 12.45 p.m.. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers, who are present at the time of opening of tenders. If, the last day happens to be a public holiday the same will be received and finalized on the next working day. Tenders received after the due date and time will summarily be rejected.

5. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) as earnest money deposit before submitting their tender. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately after the tender sale is over/ finalized.
