The auction will be conducted from the highest rate quoted. If, the scheduled date of tender/auction happens to be a public holiday, the date of receipt and opening of tenders will automatically be postponded to the next working day at the same time.
4. The intending tenderers should deposit a sum of ` 3,000 (Rupees three thousand only) as earnest money deposit. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately after the tender service/auction sale is over.
6. The following self-attested photocopy of the documents/certificates must be enclosed along with the tenders:–
(a) Valid VAT/GST/ST Certificate.
(b) PAN Card.
(c) Aadhaar Card/Valid Family Ration Card/Valid Driving Licence.
Tenders without above-mentioned certificate/ documents will be rejected.
