Government Boys' Higher Secondary School, Puducherry-605 001, in as-is-where-is-condition.
2. The intending tenderers may inspect the items in the premises of V.O.C. Government Boys' Higher Secondary School, Mission Street, Puducherry-605 001, during office hours on 25-01-2021 and 27-01-2021 with the prior permission of the Head of the Institution.
3. Tenders should be addressed to the 'Principal, V.O.C. Government Boys' Higher Secondary School, Mission Street, Puducherry-605 001, duly sealed and superscribing on the envelope as 'Tender for the purchase of old unserviceable articles' shall reach12 January 2021] LA GAZETTE DE L'ETAT 23 the undersigned on or before 28-01-2021 at 3.00 p.m. and will be opened on the same day at 4.00 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives those who are present. The auction will be conducted from the highest rate quoted. If, the scheduled date of tender/auction happens to be a public holiday, the date of receipt and opening of tenders will automatically be postponded to the next working day at the same time.
4. The intending tenderers should deposit a sum of ` 3,000 (Rupees three thousand only) as earnest money deposit. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately after the tender service/auction sale is over.
6. The following self-attested photocopy of the documents/certificates must be enclosed along with the tenders:–

(b) PAN Card.
(c) Aadhaar Card/Valid Family Ration Card/Valid Driving Licence.
Tenders without above-mentioned certificate/ documents will be rejected.
