8. If, the tender opening date 28-01-2021 happens to be a holiday, the tenders will be received up to 3.00 p.m. and opened by 3.30 p.m. on the next working day.

9. This office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
