2. The terms of reference of the Committee will be as follows:
* To conduct a detailed study of existing trades in the Government ITIs and recommend a road map for expansion and upgradation of existing trades in line with market needs and NCVT requirements.
* To study the existing infrastructure in ITls No. 14B, M.G.R. Street, Jeevananthapuram, Lawspet, Puducherry, in favour of Tmt. Saraswathy, wife of R. Loganathan, No. 14B, M.G.R. Street, Jeevananthapuram, Lawspet, Puducherry, has been presented for registration of under section 41 (2) of the Registration Act, 1908. Hence, an enquiry will be conducted by the undersigned at 4.30 p.m. on 25-01-2021 in the Office of the Sub-Registrar, Oulgaret, Puducherry as per rule, 68 of Pondicherry Registration Rules, 1969. NOTIFICATION
The Notice of Voluntary Retirement given under "Rule 48 (1) (a) of Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972" by Dr. P. Padmaja, Senior Chief Medical Officer, ESI Dispensary, Reddiyarpalayam, Puducherry, is accepted.
2. Accordingly, she is deemed to have been admitted into Voluntary Retirement with effect from the afternoon of 31-12-2020.

GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY 1. The auction will be conduted in the Office of The Chief Educational Officer, Mahe, on 29-01-2021 at 12.00 Noon.
2. Those who have intending to participate in the auction should deposit ` 200 (Rupees two hundred only) in cash as earnest money deposit to this office. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful bidder will be refunded immediately after the auction sale is over.
3. The public auction will be initiated with the minimum bid value fixed by the Government. 4. The successful bidder is liable to pay for the damage/loss to the property/building installations in the School compound.
5. The intending participants can inspect the items during office hours on any working day with the prior permission of the undersigned.
6. GST at the rate applicable will be collected extra.
