The Notice of Voluntary Retirement given under "Rule 48 (1) (a) of Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972" by Dr. P. Padmaja, Senior Chief Medical Officer, ESI Dispensary, Reddiyarpalayam, Puducherry, is accepted.
2. Accordingly, she is deemed to have been admitted into Voluntary Retirement with effect from the afternoon of 31-12-2020.

GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY 1. The auction will be conduted in the Office of The Chief Educational Officer, Mahe, on 29-01-2021 at 12.00 Noon.
2. Those who have intending to participate in the auction should deposit ` 200 (Rupees two hundred only) in cash as earnest money deposit to this office. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful bidder will be refunded immediately after the auction sale is over.
3. The public auction will be initiated with the minimum bid value fixed by the Government. 4. The successful bidder is liable to pay for the damage/loss to the property/building installations in the School compound.
5. The intending participants can inspect the items during office hours on any working day with the prior permission of the undersigned.
6. GST at the rate applicable will be collected extra.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE 19 January 2021] LA GAZETTE DE L'ETAT 35 2. The intending tenderers may inspect the articles at Community Health Centre, Manndipet, Puducherry region between 10.30 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. from 25-01-2021 to 27-01-2021 with the permission of the Medical Officer concerned.
3. Sealed tenders in the prescribed Tender Form addressed to the Medical Officer In-charge, Community Health Centre, Mannadipet, Puducherry-605 501 superscribed as "Tender for Purchase of unserviceable articles (e-waste)" along with e-waste recycling certificate obtained from the respective Government should reach this office on or before 28-01-2021 by 12.00 noon. Each tenderer should enclose a Demand Draft for an amount of `1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) drawn in favour of the Medical Officer In-charge, Community Health Centre, Mannadipet, Puducherry, as earnest money deposit. The tenderer who possess valid e-waste recycling certificate will be admitted into the auction.
4. Tenders will be opened on 28-01-2021 at 12.30 p.m. at the office of the undersigned in the presence of the tenderers who are present at the time of opening. If, the last day happens to be a public holiday, the same will be received and finalized on the next working day. Tenders received after the due date and time will summarily be rejected.
5. In case, highest tender amount offered by the tender is found to be not acceptable to the undersigned, the public auction will be conducted on the spot, keeping the highest tender amount as minimum bid amount.
6. The earnest money deposit of the successful tenderer/bidder will be adjusted against the sale proceeds and the earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderer/bidder will be discharged/returned immediately.
7. The tenderer/bidder or his/her authorized agent (only one person) may choose to be present at the time of opening the tender and auction. Authorized person should bring authorization letter as prescribed. No claim on the quantity and quality of the articles will be admitted once the tender is admitted.
8. Acceptance of the ternder will be intimated to the successful tenderer/bidder after finalization of the tender. Successful tenderer/bidder only will be allowed clearing/removing the materials.
9. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the full amount immediately and the GST amount (18%) should be paid and the paid challan copy should be submitted and clear the items within 24 hours at his/her own risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited. This office will not be in any way held responsible for the safe custody or any loss of sold articles.
10. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof and the decision of the undersigned in this regard will be the final and binding on all the tenders.
