MODIFICATION ORDER

In the G.O. Ms. No. 53/LAS/A4/2020, dated 22-05-2020 of the Local Administration Secretariat, Puducherry, published in the Official Gazette of Puducherry, Extraordinary Part I, No. 82, dated 03rd June, 2020, the following shall be substituted/modified for administrative convenience as follows:-

1. Apex Committee

In the composition of the Apex Committee, the names mentioned at serial numbers 12 and 13 are removed and instead it may be read as follows:

12. A Representative from the Puducherry University . . Member and expert in the field of Earth Science

2. Executive Committee

In the composition of the Executive Committee, an expert in the field of Rural Development included as the co-opted Member, at serial number 12 is removed and consequently, the serial numbers 13 and 14 in the original G.O. may be read as 12 and 13.

3. Union Territory Level Scheme Sanctioning Committee (UTLSSC)

In the composition of the Union Territory Level Scheme Sanctioning Committee (UTLSSC), in serial number 11, it is mentioned as Chief Engineer, Public Works Department, Puducherry, as the Member-Secretary of the Committee and the same may be read as Superintending Engineer, Local Administration Department, as the Member-Secretary of the Committee, the Chief Engineer, Public Works Department will be a Member.
