In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13 o f t h e P u d u c h e r r y M o t o r Ve h i c l e s Ta x a t i o n A c t , 1 9 6 7 ( A c t 5 o f 1 9 6 7 ) , the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to extend the time-limit up to 28-02-2021 for the payment of Motor Vehicles Tax for the 4th quarter of the financial year 2020-21 i.e., from 01-01-2021 to 31-03-2021 in respect of Transport Vehicles used or kept for use in the Union territory of Puducherry.
