Johnkumar, who was elected to the Puducherry Legislative Assembly from 10 – Kamaraj Nagar Assembly Constituency, tendered his resignation from the Membership of the Puducherry Legislative Assembly and his resignation has been accepted by the Hon'ble Speaker, Puducherry Legislative Assembly, with effect from the forenoon of 16th February 2021 and as such the said Constituency has been lying vacant since the 16th February 2021 (Forenoon).
