4. The Committee shall function within the ambit of the Puducherry Technological University Act, 2019.

The sealed te n d e r s should be addressed to the Headmasters of the above-mentioned Schools and duly superscribing on the envelope as "Tender for sports article items" and shall be received on or before 11-02-2021 up to 2.00 p.m. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.00 p.m. in the presence of tenderers who are present.

2. The intending tenderers should deposit a sum of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) as earnest money deposit.

3. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tender sale is over.

4. Tenders received after the due date and time will be rejected.

5. The successful tenderer should pay the full amount immediately and remove the articles from the office premises within 24 hours at his/her own cost and risk failing which will be forfeited his/her earnest money deposit.

6. No claim about the quantity and quality of the items will be admitted once the tender is finalised.

7. The intending tenderers can inspect the articles during the working hours on 10-02-2021 in the above-mentioned Schools.

2. The intending tenderers may inspect the articles at all the 20 Primary Health Centres in Puducherry region and Office of the DD (Imm) as detailed below between 10.30 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. from 10-02-2021 to 12-02-2021 with the permission of the Medical Officers concerned.

Sealed tenders in the prescribed Tender Form addressed to the Deputy Director (Immunization), Victor Simonel Street, Old Maternity Hospital Complex, Puducherry-605 001 superscribed as "Tender for purchase of unserviceable articles (e-waste)" should reach this office on or before 12-02-2021 by 12.30 p.m. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of ` 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) as earnest money deposit in cash, before submitting the tender. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately after the tender/auction sale is over/finalized.
