In accordance with section 16 of the National Food Security Act, 2013, the Government is pleased to constitute the Food Commission of the Union territory of Puducherry as detailed below:

2. The Food Commission of the Union territory of Puducherry shall exercise the following functions, namely:–
(a) Monitor and evaluate the implementation of this Act, in relation to the State.
(b) Either sue motto or on receipt of complaint inquire into violations of entitlements provided under Chapter-II of the Act.
(c) Give advice to the State Government on effective implementation of this Act.
(d) Give advice to the State Government, their a g e n c i e s , A u t o n o m o u s B o d i e s a s w e l l a s Non-Governmental Organisations involved in delivery of relevant services, for the effective implementation of food and nutrition related Schemes, to enable individuals to fully access their entitlements specified in this Act.

(f) Prepare annual reports which shall be laid before the State Legislature by the State Government. 3. The service conditions of the Food Commission of the Union territory of Puducherry are detailed in the Puducherry Food Security Rules, 2017.
4. The tenure of the Committee shall be for a period of one year from the date of issue of this notification.

GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY in consultation with the financing Bank, to carry out the liquidation processes for cancelling the registration of the Society;
(3) And whereas, financing Bank, viz., Puducherry State Co-operative Bank Limited, (PSCB) was consulted and the said Bank consented for the proposal of appointing a Liquidator to the Society;
(4) Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under sub-section (1) of section 127 of the Puducherry Co-operative Societies Act, 1972, read with clause (a) of rule 66 of the Puducherry Co-operative Societies Rules, 1973, I, hereby appoint Thiru P. Savarirajalu, Senior Inspector, as the Liquidator of the Soundararaja Mills Employees' Co-operative Credit Society Ltd., No. P. 353 with immediate effect.
(5) The Administrator of the Society is directed to handover the charges of the Society to the said Liquidator. Charges of the Society handed over and taken over shall be informed to this office.

Now, therefore, by virtue of the authority delegated vide G.O. Ms. No. 20/91/Lab./L, dated 23-5-1991 of the Labour Department, Puducherry, to exercise the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947), it is hereby directed by the Secretary to Government (Labour) that the said dispute be referred to the Labour Court, Puducherry, for adjudication. The Labour Court, Puducherry, shall submit the Award within 3 months from the date of issue of reference a s s t i p u l a t e d u n d e r sub-section (2-A) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and in accordance with rule 10-B of the Industrial Disputes (Central) Rules, 1957. The party raising the dispute shall file a statement of claim complete with relevant documents, list of reliance and witnesses to the Labour Court, Puducherry, within 15 days of the receipt of the order of reference and also forward a copy of such statement to each one of the opposite parties involved in the dispute.

The Government of India, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, as a part of Digital India Programme (DIP), desires to roll out e-Vidhan as NeVA covering all 40 houses including two houses of Parliament and thereby putting them all on a single platform in the concept of' 'One Nation One Application'. Further, e-Vidhan is a Mission Mode Project to digitize and make the functioning of the State Legislatures as paperless to achieve Go Green Campaign. Puducherry being a Union Territory, 100% funding for the project will be provided by Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, Government of India.
* To recommend the changes in Rules and Procedure, if any required for implementation of NeVA in State Legislature.
* To discuss and suggest overcoming the issues being faced by various State Government Departments in transferring electronic documents using NeVA.
* To make Framework for Capacity Building/Training on NeVA for Members of State Legislatures, Officials of State Legislatures and State Government Departments.
* To make awareness generation and media plan.
