NOTIFICATION
Pursuant to section 11-A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act 39 of 1987), read with rule 27 of the Union territory of Puducherry Legal Services Authority Rules, 1998, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, in consultation with the Chief Justice of the High Court of Judicature at Madras, is pleased to make the following amendments to the Notification No.l/156/ 1998/UTOPLSA (State Authority), dated 6th July, 1998 of the Union territory of Puducherry Legal Services Authority (State Authority) and published in the Extraordinary Gazette, Part-I, No.96, dated 6th July, 1998, namely:-

AMENDMENT
In the Notification issued vide No.l/156/1998/UTOPLSA (State Authority), dated 6th July, 1998 of the Union territory of Puducherry Legal Services Authority (State Authority), the heading "Karaikal region" and the entries against the Serial No.(l) thereunder shall be omitted.
