[ 89 ]98 LA GAZETTE DE L'ETAT [23 February 2021 duly superscribed on the envelope as "Tender for purchase of old/condemned computers and electrical items" and to reach the undersigned on or before 10-03-2021. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 4.15 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who are present at the time of opening the tenders. If, the tender opening day happens to be a public holiday, the same will be opened on the next working day. The incomplete tenders are liable for rejection.

3. The tenderer(s) should offer rate per kilogram in the tender. The sale will be effected only to the highest bidder. Public auction will be started from the highest rate quoted by the tenderer(s).

4. Tenders received after the due date and time will summarily be rejected. In the public auction, the tenderers who have submitted sealed tenders only will be allowed to participate.

5. The tenderer(s) should deposit an amount of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) as earnest money deposit by cash.

6. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded after the tender/auction sale is completed/finalised.

7. The tenderer(s) (valid licence holders) can inspect the old/condemned computers and electrical items during the office hours with prior permission.

8. The following self-attested photocopy of the documents/certificates must be enclosed along with the tender.

(i) Valid GST/Sales Tax Certificate.

(ii) PAN Card.

(iii) Valid Licence in connection with authorised e-Waste Collection Centre/Recycler/Dismantler.

(iv) Exemption from GST, if any.

9. GST rate in force will be charged extra on the amount finalised.

10. No claim about the quantity, quality and value of the unserviceable electrical and electronic items will be admitted once the tender/auction is finalised.

11. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the entire amount immediately and clear all the articles within 24 hours at his/her own risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited. The tenderer should bring weighing scale/machine at his/her own cost.

12. This office is not responsible for the safe custody of the articles once auctioned.

13. The undersigned reserves the right either to accept or reject any tender or all without assigning any reason thereof. The decision of the undersigned is final in case of any dispute.
