NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 5 of the Puducherry Excise Act, 1970 (No. 12 of 1970), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is hereby pleased to appoint the following Officers as Excise Inspectors in their respective regions of this Union territory of Puducherry to exercise the powers and perform the duties of the Excise Inspectors under the said Act with effect from the date of implementation of the Model Code of Conduct and up to the date of completion of election process in connection with the General Elections to the Puducherry Legislative Assembly 2021, namely:– LA GAZETTE DE L'ETAT [ PART-I 256 256 Sl.
