(a) Valid GST Certificate, (b) Aadhaar Card 5. The intending tenderers should deposit a sum of ` l0,000 (Rupees ten thousand only) as an earnest money deposit to the Cashier, Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Puducherry, at the time of submitting their tenders. The tenders without earnest money deposit will summarily be rejected.

6. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately after the tender sale is over, whereas, the earnest money deposit of the successful tenderer will also be returned after the official process is completed in all respects.

7. The tenders received after the due date and time will not be entertained.

8. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in part or whole without assigning any reason thereof.

9. The successful tenderer should pay the full amount including Sales Tax/GST as applicable under the rules in force and clear the items within 15 days from the two godown at their own risk and cost, failing which the entire amount of earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

10. Once the tender process is finished, no claim in relation to the quantity and quality of the empty gunny bags will be admitted.

11. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Deputy Director will be the final.

12. GST/Tax will be collected on the sale of old/unused gunny bags as per the rates prevailing at the time of sale/disposal.
